For NGOs and M&E
Clean monitoring data, checked as it comes in.
Whether your own staff collect the data or a partner does, DataFlow checks every interview on arrival and helps your team fix what's wrong, with an assistant that runs offline on the computer.
Works with the tools you already use
SurveyLoopr, SurveyCTO and ODK Central connect directly. KoboToolbox and any other tool come in as CSV or Excel exports.
IntegrationsPersonal data stays protected
DataFlow finds names, phone numbers and other personal details, in free-text notes too, and locks them in an encrypted store that also opens in VeraCrypt. Downloads leave them out unless someone unlocks them, and that is logged.
An assistant that never goes online
The local AI explains each flag and prepares fixes for you to approve. It runs on the computer's graphics card or processor, offline, with no account or API key.
Several surveys in one project
Keep a household survey, its women's module and its back-check together, linked by ID, with checks that look across them.
Reports for partners and donors
Share a Field Report with progress and quality, without sending the data itself.
